National Smile Day begins today.
Sometimes it’s hard to do this, at least it is for me and I have to be intentional and purposeful regarding my thoughts, who I have around me and, activities that increase, depress or suppress this. One of the things I’m leaning into is finding Joy in little ways. Joy doesn’t have to be complicated and for me a simplistic access point to Joy that makes me smile, is walking in nature🚶🏾♀️When the storms of sadness or shadows from the past arise, having a Joy Plan can be helpful in keeping negative thoughts and unhealthy decisions at bay. Here’s wishing for you to have an abundance of Joy-filled thoughts, expressions and experiences 😘
