Chicken soup is widely identified as a feel better food while experiencing cold symptoms and other illnesses. Not all chicken soup is the same and the different renditions offer comfort, nourishment and varying reports of healing that is linked to its ingestion. This past weekend was a mixture of “chicken soup” experiences by the blending of warm-hearted nourishment some different people in my life bring. It inspired me to make this type of chicken soup made with bone broth, chicken breast pieces, zucchini, carrots, celery and spices with cauliflower and sweet potato rice. Our lives are a composite of experiences. If they’re blended more warmth than woe is up to us to identify and then shift perspective by actively crafting a more nourishing “life soup.” It may not be the easiest of things to do initially, but eventually this chicken life soup will be incredibly tasty💜
