Mindful Monday: Self Care

Make caring for yourself the highest priority in your life. This used to sound selfish to me but I’m learning incrementally and purposefully, this is critical self care to overall and ongoing success. Look out for what truly satisfies you. From one of my mentors, Les Brown: “…become sensitive to your wants, needs and desires. Do some good things for yourself on purpose. You can’t be a high achiever if you don’t feel good!” Yes, Sir! In spite of the ups, downs and all other rounds; the smiles, aches and shakes in my own life, I’m applying effort into this practice💜
