Mindful Monday: Pain

Consider not having pain go through you but you actually going through the pain. Pimp that pain toward your highest level of progress. I don’t think we leave this existence without some sort of pain. I’m also learning even if brought on ourselves, there’s something to learn from pain. This is not to say we should go out looking for hardship, trouble or problems. It is to say the Pains of loneliness, insecurities, doubt, fear, other emotional, mental and physical disruptions or discomforts, there may be lessons within to allow us to have less pains moving forward. I personally think it’s okay to vent but not live in the complaint of it all. You can be Pitiful or Powerful, but you can’t be both so let’s choose according to the life that we want💜
