Happy February 14, everyone! This day that is widely known as Valentine’s Day 💝 has a whole lotta angst linked to it. From some feeling shame of not being in a couple, not happy in their coupling, failed as a couple, not getting that “perfect present” for their coupled mate, very much like other holidays the meaning gets lost. Love. It originated as a Christian feast day honoring one or two early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine and, through later folk traditions, has become a significant cultural, religious, and commercial celebration of romance and love in many regions of the world. You don’t have to solely be in romantic love to have love in your life to be celebrated. There are loves of plentiful, diverse and beautiful kinds. Let’s lean into that. Love yourself. Love another. There’s far too much negativity around us so let’s promote and produce more heart-centered, healing and happiness. Let’s start with ourselves and pass the love baton, romantic, familial, platonic, professional and any other I may have left out. I Love Me! I Love You! Let’s let Love Lead🥰 Live Well. Do Well. Be Well 💜🌹
