We tend to be resistant to it but not all change is negative. Are we changing for the better? What is Your Better? Are your habits/patterns placing you towards the ‘Nouns’ most important to you – (persons, places and things)? Ch-ch-ch-change is inevitable (some music heads will get that 🎶).
