Mindful Monday: Roll With the Bitter, Work Towards the Better

  • by

I had the great fortune and opportunity of being invited to dinner and spending time with some dear friends last night. The beauty of connectivity was so present; we were talking, sharing, speaking about difficulties as well as caring for each other. Many of us are still trying to figure out this ‘Pandemic Path’ that COVID has placed us on and this year has been difficult but, there have been blessings, at least from my perspective. If nothing else, the importance of connecting with each other has been made a priority for many of us. There are so many more conversations about connection, engagement, access and more. Last year this time, there was snow and today, the temperature is already in the neighborhood of 50 degrees (in my area), and the feel of the outdoors is so beautiful and warm. The pictures I’ve included are same area, a year a part. We all have some winter seasons in our lives, but don’t give up! Winter, bitter and burdens may feel like forever but hold out for your Spring. Be Well. Do Well. Live Well 💜
