Mindful Monday: Walking

  • by

Are you Nurturing your Nature? In my “Walking Uniform” yesterday I realized something I shared with a friend last night: I’m gravitating towards things I didn’t realize previously were significant and increasingly am being made aware as they show up in different ways how important and meaningful they are to me. From flowers to grants, (yes grants) these things have been kin to me in some way. I like researching, writing✍, figuring things out and putting it all together in a way that can hopefully help others. Due to health, school and keeping it 💯, disgust at times, I’ve had to walk away. This pandemic period has allowed the opportunity to reflect on what’s important to me. From pinecones, acorns and various flowers in my home, there’s elements of nature all around me. But I wasn’t consciously aware how important it was until I started taking these walks. And so I’m endeavoring to figure out researching and writing in a way that makes sense and not have my talents taken for granted. Are you walking through your life without being aware of things and people that are important to you? And if so, what are you going to do about it?
