Mindful Monday: Anger

I’ve heard people say anger is a useless emotion. And others who have said emotions are useless. I think both thoughts are incorrect in that emotions if ignored can be more problematic manifestations resonating in our mind, our bodies and within our relationships. Pain, like anger is a way of our body communicating something is wrong. Emotions unchecked is when things become problematic. Anger running rampant and not understood can lead to bigger issues. That to me just seems what life is though, a big balance game. Naming it, understanding it leads to tempering it, not succumbing to it.
