Mindful Monday: Focus

Attention Residue can Dilute Your “To-Do.” Increasingly I’m working on focus strategies. I’ve found the more I do this, the more distractions seem to pop up! I’ve found I do better at doing as much as I can with one task, then moving onto the next. It may seem like the “To Do List” doesn’t clear as fast, but I’m more present and feel better about my response and contribution.
